How We Work With Team Members
We engage people in the structure that fits the work and the relationship. Employment classification is determined by role, scope, and applicable law—not by whether someone is “inside” or “outside” the firm culturally.
- W-2 employees — For roles where ongoing contribution, integrated team membership, and company direction align with employment.
- 1099 independent contractors — For defined project contributions where you bring specialized expertise and control how the work is performed.
- C2C (corp-to-corp) — When you operate through your own business entity and contract scope, invoicing, and deliverables at the company level.
Regardless of structure, we aim for the same standards: transparent scope, responsive communication, documented handoffs, and compensation aligned with the value delivered.

Joining the network does not guarantee work—it means we know your strengths, interests, and availability when a fit arises. Many engagements are project-based; some evolve into longer partnerships.
